To use the Call Back feature from any phone that is not connected to the VoiceMailTel service:

1.

- dial your company's main phone number 
-> wait for the main greeting to begin
-> press *
-> wait for the menu to begin
-> press 3
-> enter your extension
-> enter your extension's password
-> the call will be disconnected and the system will call you back

2.

- after you answer the call, a tone is provided in order to enter the phone number to be called


Note: The Call back feature will work only if your phone sends a valid Caller ID.
