Over the phone
1. For Digital Phone Line
- press * and call - wait for the menu to begin - press 5 - enter an extension - enter extension's password - press 1 and record the message
2. For other devices (cell or analog phones)
- call your company's main phone number - wait for the menu main greeting to begin - press * - wait for the menu to begin - press 5 - enter extension - enter extension's password - press 1 and record the message
Upload message
Access your VoiceMailTel portal account -> click on Auto Attendants (left menu) -> click on Upload Greeting (make sure the file is *.wav ; 16 bit ; sample rate higher than 8000 hz)
