1. If you use IP phones or softphones connected to VoiceMailTel Phone Service you will press * on the phone, call and wait for the menu to start.
2. If you use other devices, cell or analog phones that are not connected directly to the VoiceMailTel Phone Service you have to call your company's main number followed by the * and the menu will start
