You can activate a Fax account only if you are or you plan to be a VoiceMailTel customer.
You can add the Virtual Fax feature during the ordering process or you can add the Virtual Fax feature from your VoiceMailTel online portal account by accessing MyAccount and clicking on Order Virtual Fax.
In both cases make sure you order 1 extra number, too, as the Virtual Fax feature needs a dedicated number to work.
