-> Login to your VoiceMailTel online portal account
-> Click on your extension (from the left menu)
-> Click on Call Routing
-> Choose the first step, Schedule your Extension
-> Enter the hours of the day and days of the week you are available for incoming calls
-> Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page
