- Login to your VoiceMailTel online portal account
-> Click on your extension (from the left menu)
-> Click on Call Routing
-> Click on the third option, Forward to another extension
-> Choose the extension you want your calls to be forwarded if you do not answer
-> Click the Save Settings button at the bottm of the page
