2. Your Auto Attendant message can be recorded by yourself or by VoiceMailTel
3. Your Auto Attendant can offer your callers unlimited extension options
4. By request your account can have multiple Auto Attendants (e.g. in case you would like to keep multiple phone numbers for 2 or more companies you own, on the same account, you can build individual Auto Attendants)

Forwarding

Also known as Find Me / Follow Me, the Call Forwarding feature allows calls to be routed to multiple numbers at the same time as well as to a sequence of different numbers. Calls can also be scheduled to go to different phone numbers at different times of the day.

How It Works

While callers are on hold listening to music, the Call Forwarding feature locates you at the office, at home or on your cell phone and delivers the call.
When a call is transferred to you, your phone display shows you who is calling.
If you don’t answer, the call is forwarded to a second number or the caller has the option of leaving a message on your voicemail.
Call Forward settings are easy to change. You can change them yourself, as often as you want.
